This shooting sleeve is great in many ways:
1) It fits so nicely, its tight but never causes pain or blood intervention at all... So your shooting arm stays warm, and your muscles remain mobile for your game
2) It does help me, and hopefully you... My shooting technique after the break from playing never got back to its high level, and in fact I have only been shooting about 75% from the field, when previously its been around 90-95% (I play SG so am a scorer) which is due to my poor technique, my arm wasn't remaining straight and stiff when shooting, it was flailing a little... This sleeve helped amazingly with that, this is not the initial purpose I realise but it helped me greatly, in my last 3 games I have shot between 82-94% from the field as it doesn't allow my arm to "flail" around like before, it remains strong and straight with this sleeve
3) It doesn't cost a great amount of money, I also have the hexpad version, which I use for tough opponents, but this version mainly for compression is around £15 which is great, and my hexpad only cost me £28 from a basketball website
