I am a software developer and an online entrepreneur and as such use the computer for more than 12 hours a day and have been doing for the past 12 years. Reading a few reviews I ordered the McDavid Wrist Strap and have been using it for the past few weeks and I am happy to say, my pain is almost gone. Of course I would have to keep using it consistently to ensure the pain does not come back but so far so good. You will have to wrap it a little tight to get the maximum impact.
