Format:Paperback
This is a great book, much clearer, more comprehensive and better laid out than "Haynes" manuals I've used for other cars.

Using this book I've removed the gearbox and changed the clutch all without too much trouble.

The instructions are well explained for both dismantling and re-assembly. Picture are Black & white but are numerous and clear.

The only slight drawback is that for some of the minor engine work the book assumes that the whole engine has been removed first.

Assuming you've got the tools and a bit of experience this book would allow you to do almost any job on your Mazda.

I strongly recommend that you buy this book if you have a MK1 MX5 and like working on your car.

This book is far better than any of the books in the popular Hay*** range.

The best repair handbook ever seen 13 May 2002
By Joachim - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Hardcover
Well, could say more.

Yes... I bought this book to be able to fix small things on my Miata '90. What I got was a book that tells me in detail how I undertake minor and major repairs in text and supported by quite good black and white pictures.

I am close to a total [fool] when it comes to engines but this book has helped my to perform at least medium complex tuning and repairs. Recommended!
