Paul Henke is as good as Tom Clancy, in some ways even more so. He spent nine years in the Royal Navy and specialized in bomb and mine disposal. A lieutenant in 1976, he actually came under fire from IRA gun runners, so his books about a fictional counter terrorist unit are based on fact and real life experiences. I've met him personally and we keep in touch over email, and he's got some brilliant ideas for future writing. All I can say is, Tom Clancy, you might want to watch yourself, you're getting some stiff competition, and this guy actually was in the military and has been under fire, Clancy just does his reasearch.
