Nearley a quater of this bar is sugars. Not exactly what I expect from nutritional experts. Why do I want a sugar spike?
The protein content is insufficient for a meal replacment, so this is ideal for a quick "emergency" snack when you're out and about and just can't eat on time. But then why not just cary the bigger, higher protein, lower GI (sugars) Promax Bars? They are quite filling.

Flavor Name:Chocolate Crisp
It's OK for a light snack- perhaps a coffee time alternative to a regular snack bar, but not really suitable for serious gym goers. Even two didn't fill me up and I'm not big. I much prefer Promax meal bar or Promax diet. They are filling and you don't get that dry protein grit taste like you do with this one.

These bars are 21 grams, so..... small and only have 6.4 grams of protein per bar. Not value for money. Taste is ok.

These are very tasty and great when you're on the go. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR MEAL REPLACEMENT DO NOT BUY as it clearly says on the box that these are snack bars. Read more
