Bought this (along side some of the Promax Diet powder) having read previous positive reviews.
I'm happy to say that this simple straightforward product does exactly what you would expect of it:
- Easy to use
- Easy to clean
- Mixes up the powdered supplement well courtesy of the insert (a small mesh which helps mix the ingredients when shaken).
The only criticsm would be when looking at the screw on lid. As previous entries have mentioned, you need to make sure you put it on carefuly and correctly otherwise you could thread it or not have a correct seal which causes a small leak when shaking.
This is a good all round product which I would happily recommend to others.
**Additional Note After 2 Weeks Use**
After continued use, there is still a bit of liquid leaking from the shaker, even when carefully screwed on. Bit frustrating as its only a little bit and its only when your shaking to mix (which kind of defeats the object of a "shaker"). Downgraded from 4 to 3 stars for this reason.

It's easy to clean, easy to open, the mesh inside makes sure you don't get lumps of protein in it....wide nozzle for big gulps.

Not much to say here about the shaker- it's plastic, roomy, and screws together. Read more reviews just to make sure.
Perhaps the more important thing to discuss here is how to avoid getting that annoying pocket of dry supplement at the bottom of the shaker that just doesn't seem to want to mix in with the water. Everybody in the gym seems to have their own "shaking" technique to avoid this, so here's mine: fill it up JUST PART of the way with water, and then immediately tip the shaker upside down- you'll then see your supplement "fall down" where it will blend together nicely with the water. Then simply add whatever more water you like, and finish shaking to refine the mixing process.
Just my two bits. Also recommend Smokin' Hot Guns!!: How an Average Guy Can Get Big, Muscular Arms In One Workout A Week if you're having trouble getting your arms to grow.

Simple bottle, does the job. Good screw cap which is easy to screw. Nice bright red colour so you won't loose it.
