This item was recommended by a friend and we are very glad it was.
The Maxi Cosi Priorifix is a great car seat but being black not the best colour to keep baby cool in the hot weather, it is hot to touch when the sun has been on the car and makes the baby very hot during long journeys even sweaty on the back which is not nice.
This all stopped when we fitted the summer cover, our little girl is much happier to go in the car and stays nice and cool during all journeys, also great as it is removable and washable. This is a must buy for any parents.

Easy to put on, easy to wash in the machine, lasts well and protects your car seat. Does what it says on the tin :)
Slightly whiter/creamier than the photo. Not too difficult to fit. Baby seems more comfortable... We used on a second hand car seat as new and easier to clean... Better to keep the seat cooler rather than dark colours... Just as described.
