Our baby loves it!,

This review is from: Maxi-Cosi Priori SPS Group 1 Car Seat (Stone) (Baby Product)
The acid test for any product is whether your baby likes it and after taking our 9 month old on a journey to Cornwall (176 miles), the answer is unequivocally, yes she does! We have used the Maxi-Cosi Pebble Group 0+ Car Seat (Intense Red) and Maxi-Cosi EasyBase 2 Car Seat Base pairing for the first 8 months and so were familar with the brand, the strength the product offers and the piece of mind and decided it was time to make the upgrade.
The most obvious change is that its a front facing seat and this offers the baby more to look at and so keeps them amused for longer. The second change is that there is no carry handle to hang toys off and we were obviously not expecting one but this raises the dilemma of what to hang toys off. This as any parent will now is a critical issue and ensures a peaceful car journey!! We had two toys that had a parrot beak clamp and were able to hang them off the grab handle in the roof of the car which solved that particular problem. We also purchased the Maxi-Cosi Play Tray to cover all eventualities. The ability to pull the seat into a reclining position also proved to be a fantastic asset for when the baby decided to take a nap and avoids the head rolling forward scenario. The seat has great build quality and is easily installed and after getting through just over 600 miles in 5 days we can say it ranks as one of the best baby products that we have bought.

Great Quality Car Seat,

Great Car seat for my Grandson. Easy to fit and really comfortable for him. My Daughter has the Priori XP which was around £30 dearer but in all honesty I can't see the difference in quality. I decided on Maxi Cosi as I found the quality of the cheaper ranges to be very poor.Delivered within 2 days and at the best price available on the internet ,very pleased with my Amazon purchase.

Very good and stylish seat,
This review is from: Maxi-Cosi Priori SPS Group 1 Car Seat (Stone) (Baby Product)
I needed a child seat for my 11 month old granddaughter to travel in my car while visiting on holiday with her parents. This seat does the job very well. It was easy to fit, should continue to be usable until she is 4 years old, and (most importantly) was good enough to obtain the approval of her very safety-conscious parents. Right from her first introduction to it the baby was very happy to use the seat. The only niggle is that the shoulder straps are a bit fiddly to loosen so that they can be adjusted to fit, but once the child is in place they are very easy to tighten. There are three separate pairs of openings in the back of the seat through which the straps can be fed (to accommodate different ages). On delivery the straps are in the lowest position, which currently is just right for my granddaughter. Consequently I have not yet had to try to remove the straps and refit them at a higher level. That might be tricky, but should be OK provided I do not lose the instructions in the meantime!
