I bought this cover for our Tobi seat and it's great.
It is a bit fiddly to put on but once on it's ok. It makes the seat feel cooler in the summer (it stops my daughter from sweating whilst in the seat), warmer in the winter and keeps the seat clean. If it gets dirty you can just put it in the washer...easy!

Highly recommend, does what it is designed to do and no complaints after a couple of years use.
One improvement or added feature that would take this to five stars would be a padded bottom part that absorbed water from any accidents - excellent when potty training and going on longer car journeys. You could just whip the cover off and the seat would be dry and seeing as the cover is machine washable it should be easy enough to make.
