The machine-washable Maxi-Cosi CabrioFix Footmuff is ideal for keeping baby snug while in a car seat in all weathers. The footmuff was designed to be used in conjunction with a Maxi-Cosi CabrioFix infant car seat, but the universal design means it can be used with the majority of car seats. The cosy, cocoon-like footmuff has a snug, padded cotton interior for baby's comfort. The pull-tie in the hood makes it snuggle around baby's head to prevent draughts. The front unbuttons making it easy to get baby in and out, as well as creating a liner for the warmer weather. The Maxi-Cosi CabrioFix Footmuff is available in a range of colours – Total Black, Black Reflection, Deep Red, Intense Red, Steel Grey, Marble Pink, Denim Field – that can be coordinated with the Maxi-Cosi CabrioFix car seats (available separately).

Baby spent the entire winter happily zipped into this in his carseat.
Windproof, shower-proof, cosy footmuff. Well made and nicely finished. brushed cotton type soft lining, nice shiny, range of colours outer. Fits into cabriofix, even with baby support and neck support, and you can use the toggles to make it as snug as you like.
It unzips all the way around, so the bottom can sit in the carseat under baby even when the top's not in use.
Found this a lifesaver over winter, since you can open it in the car and zip it closed for outside, meaning baby's not constantly boiling, as in an all in one suit.

My only regret about the maxi cosi footmuff is that I did not discover it sooner! After 2 months of fighting to get my new born in and out of snow suits and worrying about how many blankets to use the foot muff is a god send! Particularly when you arrive somewhere and they are asleep you can just unzip the foot muff and leave them sleeping knowing that they will not over heat. Fab product for a winter baby, make life a whole lot simpler.

As you would expect from Maxi Cosi this product is good quality and fits well to the seat. It keeps baby very snug without the need to dress in bulky coats that can make them uncomfortable and too hot. The front zips down at both sides so can be easily pulled down whilst baby is still in seat. A must for winter.
