I have used the Maxell Audio CD-R's for some time now and find them to give excellent sound quality at a reasonsble cost.

Probably the best cdr's you can get at this kind of price ( I get through about 50 a month), I use them for music cd mastering from a porta studio, my pc and also in a stand alone (audio only) disc recorder. The cdr's work consistently well with all formats. No skipping at a later date, and more importantly no rejections during recording due to poor quality manufacture (as I have often experienced with other brands).

I HAVE TRIED VARIOUS AUDIO CD'S IN MY TOP OF THE RANGE PIONEER CDR - 609 CD RECORDER AND MAXELL AUDIO CD-R XL 11 DISCS PROVIDE IN MY OPINION THE BEST REPRODUCTION OF VINYL RECORDS. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY REJECTS DUE TO POOR QUALITY DISCS. I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THEM.

No problems - although it was 2 lots of 25 rather than 1 lot of 50. Nice and cheap and worked well enough for me..

Music recording
Easy to use specifically for music and gives good quality recordings. You cannot re-record over mistakes so careful planning is needed.
