I've been using these discs for a couple of years to clone audio CDs for my car and for friends. I cannot recall having to throw any away because of burn errors. I have tried using cheaper discs, but my Arcam Solo Mini prefers this brand. Perfect sound reproduction, and like I have previously mentioned, no wasted discs. All in all, very reliable discs.
I don't use cdrs that often so the 100 spindle lasted me years. In that time I have had no written cdrs perish over time, I have had no burn errors when recording and I have had a high compatibility rate with various music cd players. I have had problems in all those areas with both cheap and main brand cdrs, usually when a friend gives me a couple to put stuff on for them. The most surprising failure was when I had to throw some Sony's in the bin. The success I have had using the Maxells has so far convinced me to stick with the brand and buy another spindle.
