I wanted this to enable me to use an old gaming joystick with a computer that has no gaming port: this adapter provides the appropriate bridge at a reasonable price. It does what it says, which is all I would want from it!

I bought this because:-
1) I have analogue rudder pedals.
2) I had to buy a new PC without a joystick port and
3) I fly a Katana and the only left handed stick I could find was a Logitech product.(USB)
in conclusion with the unit switched to position 3 it all works a dream.

Allowed me to use my Gameport Yoke and pedals on a new windows 7 system.
You have to experiment with the switch settings but this device saved me around £150 on buying new USB devices and scrapping perfectly good equipment.

Worked ok with two of my old joysticks. But was very slow responding on a flight simulator (may be my slow PC).

Game Port/Midi Adaptor
Does what it says. Converts a joystick adaptor with pins to USB connection, saves ditching it and puchasing a new one. It works and that is the most important thing.

Adapter for Joy-stick control.
