Colour Name: 50 Natural Vine Customer Review of Free Product ( What's this? )
What can I say? Max Factor's new Whipped Crème Foundation is just sublime for those of us with dryer skin. It's so light and silky to apply, so blending is easy. Once blended, the results are a smooth satin finish, with medium coverage (it can provide fuller coverage with layering).

I've found it to be transfer resistant, another plus. I've worn with a primer, without one, with powder and alone; It is long lasting and gives a natural, un-cakey look any way I wear it. Finally; This hasn't oxidized on me. I've tried a few different Max Factor foundations and loved them at first, but there always came a point when I'd catch my reflection and be horrified by the Jersey Shore reject looking back at me.

You don't seem to get a lot of product compared to other brands, but you don't need to thickly gloop the product on, so it'll last for quite a while with almost daily use, so I'm not complaining. The only other issue I had is that the foundation applies a bit lighter in shade than it looks in the container. Nothing too drastic, but bare that in mind when purchasing.

Colour Name: 55 Beige Vine Customer Review of Free Product ( What's this? )
I have extremely pale skin and struggle to find the right shade to suit me. I'm afraid that this wasn't it - my face was a noticeably different colour to my neck! (Although testing foundation in the shop is really the only way to ensure this, I feel the manufacturers could have included more information on the Amazon product page to help customers pick the right shade. I'm not familiar with the Max Factor numbering system and wasn't sure whether 'Natural' or 'Beige' was intended to be lighter. Given my experience with this product, I think 'Natural' would have suited me better.) However, for those with less pale skin, I think this would be a good foundation. The 'whipped creme' formula delivers what it promises and it blends easily into the skin, leaving a light, matte and non-oily finish. The foundation doesn't seem to cake easily, even after you have worn it for a while, and subtly corrects redness in your skin tone, especially if worn under powder. If you make sure to find the right shade for you, I would recommend this product.

I really like this whipped cream foundation. In the pot it looked like it might be too dark, but no...it's just perfect. It goes on easily and dries quickly leaving a smooth finish.

Sadly I'm no longer blessed with perfect skin but this creme covered my few minor thread veins really well without giving that 'caked on' look, admittedly there were a couple of more obvious flaws that required an extra dab of the foundation with a cosmetic brush but really pleased with the coverage given. I also found it lasted all day at work without me needing to reapply.

Natural looking, light enough that I didn't feel like I was wearing foundation and easy to apply.....I like it!

A lovely, light and moisturising foundation that is easy to apply whether using a fingertip or sponge. It provided good coverage and evened up skin tone without making you feel as though you were about to face the world caked in makeup and ready to entertain the masses.

A little bit goes a very long way and I found results were best when taking a pinhead-sized amount and applying it to the skin, thus avoiding overloading a small area.

Whilst it feels moisturising it is not at all shiny or greasy and it dries with the finish of powders but without the dryness I would associate with that type of foundation.

I'm not a huge fan of foundation, as I hate that caked on look some of them can give. However, I'd previously tried Maybelline's mousse foundation and quite liked it, so I decided to give the Max Factor a go, as my skin needs a bit of help at this time of year! I'm naturally quite pale in winter so I picked natural. This was spot on for me - the colour just blends in to my natural skin tone whilst also making me look more radiant. The texture of this foundation is gorgeous, so soft and creamy. Only a tiny bit is needed to get an even coverage. It leaves my skin looking velevety and slightly matte but natural. I love it!
