I bought this as it was recommended by a friend. I really wasn't that optimistic about succeeding at it, because I have been typing for years and I have gained some very bad habits! But I was very impressed. I have gone from a total novice, to really being able to touch type - without cheating! My words per minute need improvement though!
The lessons are excellent, and she makes it fun by including some games. The transcripted lessons are a bit tedious, but overall it is excellent.
I bought it just to learn to touch type, not to use it for secretarial skills or for work, so the use of the symbol keys are a bit of a waste of time for me, and they are also quite hard to do. But other than that it was a really good buy! Reasonable too, it did the job for under a tenner!

This game really helps you learn loads of typing skills. But I left it alone for a bit and completely forgot everything. So if you do buy it, make sure you keep using it! Some of the lessons are a bit hard to keep up with, but pther than that, they're fine.
