These exciting Matryoshka Nesting Dolls certainly aren't from the nineteenth century, although their ancestors first appeared back then! Originally inspired by souvenir dolls from Japan, the name Matryoshka comes from a popular Russian female name of the time, Matryona or Matriosha. The name Babushka, meaning Grandmother, is also often used for these dolls. Well these Macro-Matryoshkas certainly aren't your Grandmother's Babushkas! But be careful, assembling and disassembling these Matryoshkas can become highly addictive. Nest all your matryoshkas inside one another or display all six!

Cool little Ninja Russian Dolls. What you see is what you get! These were bought for ornamental reasons rather than a toy and they look great up on our 'designer gadget' shelf.
