Any way to get childen to absorb the topics of Maths and Physics without them being aware is to be applauded! I found that it worked better if I read a topic first then talked about it with them and let them go and read more on their own.
I have now put the book in the bathroom so it can be picked up and browsed!

My daughter, aged 7, ordered this herself. She has read the other book in the series - Think of a number - and really enjoyed the puzzles in it. we thought that this book would be similar but the content is much more textual and there are hardly any puzzles and she has not enjoyed it as much. So we think that for children Mathmagicians is not as good as Think of a number.
