Even richer than the first translation of this fabulous ancient book (by J.R. Bram in 1975), comes the work of an expert in the field (J.H. Holden), who has more familiarity with the subject. For those who don't know, 'Mathesis Libri VIII' is a reference book for classical astrology (Hellenistic & Roman), full packed with material of old techniques and aphorisms, that are difficult to be found elsewhere.
The book is for intermediate and advanced level students, of this ancient art.
A true 'must have' for any serious student and practioner of the event oriented / predictive astrology or any scholar of the astrological history & tradition.
