I would suggest you are better spending an extra couple of £ and buy the Deluxe Edition as the DVD gives you insite as to how this all came about which is really interesting the music on the CD is fantastic (but depends on your taste)

This is not only lovely music but it was great to see and hear how it was made.

Beautiful music and top quality sound. This Pope keeps surprising... I bought this because I really like Gregorian Chant but the CD is so much more. The voice of the Pope is occasional and doesn't distract from the music; for a Catholic I imagine his voice will make the CD even more precious.
If you like religious music, you'll love Alma Mater... if you are not into religious music per se but like good music, you'll likely still love Alma Mater. Buy it anyway and if you don't love it give the CD to a friend!
