4.0 out of 5 stars Boring Not so! 13 Mar 2011

Fun: 4.0 out of 5 stars
So the above poster has said this game is boring and that the game forces you to use certain weapons. Lets expand on that a little.

Boring, the game writers I feel have been a little lazy the cons to the game appear when you talk to people. They do not remember that you have spoken to them MOST of the time. So you speak to someone, leave and come back and off you go through the same conversation you had a moment ago. Boring yes! Speaking to ghosts appears to confuse the game they pause dramatically before moving on.

The weapon issue. Yes at times you are forced to use a certain weapon. In certain areas only one weapon can be used and there is a reason for this. Do not be discouraged by this. In all the other zones use what you want however you will find that certain mobs are taken down with certain weapons. Just like the Square brick goes in the square hole. Simples!

Anyway, I finished the game today the storyline was well thought out. Could have done with a bit of polish but I would certainly recommend playing this game especially at the price it is at. The graphics are nicely done and I didn't have any issues with game play. Fighting was challenging at some times but once you got the weakness of the mob you were fighting it became easier.

Give it a go and don't stop playing unless you get to Venice and still hate it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good service all round 17 Jun 2013

Product came quickly, packaged well and as shown in images. Cannot fault the service.

As far the game itself - it's pretty average. Enjoyable for any RPG fans or fans of the Gothic series.

1.0 out of 5 stars Vapid. 20 Sep 2012

Fun: 1.0 out of 5 stars
I tried this on the back of how much I'm currently enjoing the RPG genre and how much I'm loving 'Oblivion'. However what I encountered was very bad as nearly all the basics i.e. graphics, likeable lead character, voice acting, sound and a immersive world were all void and missing in this souless and boring game.

The graphics are sub ps2 at best, the controls are unresponsive at times and the voice acting is so bad that it's actually laughable. The actually gameplay is equally if not worse as there is absolutely no urge to try to complete a quest or mission as the story is not immersive while the leveling system is confusing and comes across as a elder scrolls rip off.

Unfortunately I couldn't click with this game but if you are able to look past the negatives them maybe you can find fun in what I think is a contender for one of the worst videogames ever.
