Fun:
When I was younger, much younger, I played this game and just about understood it enough for it to be a great laugh. Its taken me all these years to actually purchase the game and you know what? Definitely worth it. You can't beat spending hours at a time fruitlessly attempting to wipe out a civilisation, trust me, they're like cockroaches, they'll always come back.
But yeah, obviously not a perfect game, but fantastic fun all the same.

I loved this game when it first come out - oooh those were the days ;) Guess what - I STILL love this game. Great features and gameplay, but it's graphics are so outdated it's not funny. Immensly playable still though.
If only Sierra/MadDoc had kept the format and just updated the graphics for the follow up titles...
Oh well.
A classic must have for RTS fans/collectors

I've played this game ever since I had my very first computer it is a fantastic game okay it may not have amazing graphics but it really cant be beaten for gameplay me and my mates still spend hours and hours on this game and we have played it for years and we arent bored!

I was robbed! This game refused to load on either of my computers (one is Windows XP, one is Vista). A complete waste of money!

You would be a fool not to like it.
Well i realise that the graphics may not be up to scratch but it is an amazingly fun game to play. I also love EE2 but they say , the original is always the best, i agree here. Read more
