5.0 out of 5 stars Masterpices of Italian Violin Making 20 Feb 2004
A magnificent book, with wonderful colour pictures of instruments displayed at the Royal Academy of Music, London.
David Rattray has really suceeded in showing the beauty of the collection, the photos are stunning!
I have seen some of these instruments from closer at the Academy, and I must admit that this book is a nice "souvenir" for those who wish they could take a Stradivari home after visiting the museum, or those who can not take a trip to London...
