4.0 out of 5 stars Guess how this album starts, 22 Jan 2008

Yep with the sound effect of a thunderstorm. So no surprises there. What is surprising, to me anyway, is that no one else has reviewed this album. It's actually quite a fine if formulaic metal album of the "Classic" variety (Maiden, Rainbow, Saxon etc).

There are however enough guitar licks on here to lay waste to a truck load of ice cream, so if you like that sort of thing...buy this. I've given it 4 stars on that basis.

The cover sticker is a bit misleading as KK Downing and Yingwe Malmsteen only play on a couple of tracks each but KK was "executive" producer - whatever that means.
