I was working with lync 2010 unleashed as a lync sme in another organization - joined a new organization with a 2013 infrastructure and refer to this everyday, all you need to know about 2013 and better than the unleashed manuals - if you are into or getting into lync 2013 buy this manual.

Once again a quality book from a couple of very experienced Lync consultants (both of whom work for Microsoft). Clear, easy to read and pitched at the IT Pro this book is a invaluable companion for anyone working on Lync Server 2013 design and deployments.

Buy this book if you want to get a gret description of the new features in Lync 2013! You wont be disappointed. But if you are already a Lync Pro then it might not give you the detail required, for that its practise practise on your lab.
