Book Description

Many of the records available to researchers whose ancestors came from outside the United States have been overlooked for years. These records assist your search for your immigrant ancestors. Sometimes those records are difficult, expensive or time-consuming to find. But new collections of immigration and naturalization records are coming online all the time, making your search easier. This book will show you how to find these records and interpret them as you search for your ancestors!

I am researching my family genealogy and had trouble with locating records of those members who had immigrated from Germany. This book was what I needed. It made it possible for me to locate those members who were so elusive. I definitely recommend it as a great resource for anyone experiencing the same problem.

You never know when you might need to look up records (or figure out where to start) This is a good place to start. The book will get you started and helps when you reach those "Brick Walls". I would recommend it.
