I actually purchased this to use for a child so he knew when all the sands had emptied that was the end of playtime in the bath! It allows him to see when each minute is going by, perfect for the job i wanted it for, extremely useful.

Was very dissappointed to find the actual timers were loose and wedged into their holders. They all arrived skew, and I have been fiddling with them to try and get them to stand straight. Plus I think the 3 minute timer was put in the wrong slot and is where the 4 minute timer should be. Or is that just because it isn't straight..? Given up trying to get it perfect and I am just sending this back. Would have expected the mounting to be precise and well done on this... very dissapointed.

At 79 years of age it gets hard at what to buy for a present for my son aged 50, when he appears to have everything,
a married man would want, until one time whilst talking about cookery, he happened to mention he did not have a Egg
Timer. I thought what a good idea for Christmas present. My son Andrew has since receiving it expressed his delight
at how well built and strong it is compared with any other egg timers, a unique design which protects the sand containers from breaking and you cannot go wrong with the time and respective sand colour when using this egg timer.
Without any hesitation I highly recommend Master Class Egg Timer/Triple Sand Timer as a 'must have' for the kitchen
and stainless steel makes it a item to grab whilst stocks last.

This is a fantastic egg timer sand does not stick.
It is used several times a day, not to time eggs I hasten to add.

Egg timer
Great, until one of the black rubber molds (that hold the timers in place) move when you clean it. Not easy to fit back on, so it works.
