An excellent DVD, very thorough focusing on not just how the move should be performed but why it is performed as such with evidence to back it up through muscle explanations and demonstrations. Common errors are also demonstrated and corrected in the same helpful manor. Exactly what I was looking for, a very helpful aid to training.

remarkble, educational, with just a few minutes of viewing it made me understand so much more about karate technics,
it will make you jump of your sofa and start practicing what you are seeing. if your interested in a life long practice of karate, and in developing your power in technics this dvd surely is a must have. can't wait for a follow up. best regards j.fonseca
