The superiority of this pan lies in its thickness and larger number of holes, the combined effect a perfectly cooked pizza which comes away clean, whereas cheaper,thinner pans are more likely to burn the pizza. Superior to the much-vaunted, heavy and difficult to handle pizza stone requiring a messy sprinkling of polenta or semolina to avoid sticking -and even then never totally successful. Recommend a non-stick cutter.

This is a fantastic tray if you like to make home made pizzas like I do. The tray is really thick and durable. Pizzas just slide off the non stick coating leaving a perfect pizza every time. Just remember to use a non-stick cutter or utensil to remove the pizza so you don't damage the non stick coating.

Very good vfm means to cook a pizza properly. Non-stick really is non-stick and easy to clean too. The pan is lightweight and dosn't hold the heat making it very good to handle in and out of the oven.The lack of a solid under pan to catch any drips was a concern but so far unwarranted.Wish I'd got it earlier

Nice gadget
Even more effective that I had hoped - it is a substantial item, and pizza making from scratch is a real pleasure - it crisps up the base wonderfully. I can recommend it.
