Heavy duty, exactly what is needed for a flan tin, and wonderfully non-stick. Doesn't even stick in the fluted edges, and brilliant that it can go in the dishwasher! Makes releasing the quiche or flan very easy, but is very robust. I would recommend this item to any serious cook. Can't rate it highly enough. It does exactly what it says it does. Wonderful.

Really good quality deep tin. You know how good it is when you pick it up and feel how heavy it is. It's great for savoury and sweet things. The non-stick coating is very effective. Highly recommended.

I have found masterclass bakeware to be the best ever never leaves any marks and washes up so easy my roasting dish in this range still looks like new and would recommend this to anyone
