Most definitely the best brownie pan I have had to date. I have used and abused it for six months now, and have absolutely no issues with the non-stick surface (maybe that reviewer happened upon a duff one?). In fact, I have recently found out that you can make much better roast potatoes in this than around the meat as I usually make them! Comes clean out of the dishwasher every time with not a mark on it and I have never had anything stick to it - including the Lemon Crumblies with a condensed milk filling which would have welded themselves to my old tin, they came clean off this one first time.

I have made everything I possibly can in this pan and it proves itself time and time again. I even caught the other half using a metal knife to prise some tray bake out of it the other day and not a mark on it - the same can't be said for the resident Muppet though!

I would highly recommend this to anyone. A fantastic piece of equipment at a great price!

An extremely good quality pan, the weight of it is a clear indicater of the quality. Definately one for the collection.

**UPDATED, see below**
This is what they say about it:-
High quality, double layered non-stick coating
Robust, commercial weight
Dishwasher, fridge, freezer safe
25 year guarantee, 5 year guarantee for non stick coating

It's quite a heavy double skinned dish - good for browning on the top, but the non stick coating bubbled up in places when I left it with water in it over night, and now those areas have flaked off.
It didn't last 5 months let alone 5 years. A couple of people seem to have experienced this, so maybe they had a bad batch, but I won't be recommending them.
I have a "Master Class" flan dish which is OK so far, but I have been very careful with it.
Now, lets see about their guarantee "Kitchen Craft" I think - (but generally more effort than its worth though)
*** Update - The guarantee ***
Amazon say guarantees need to be pursued directly with the manufacturer, so I contacted Amazon to find out who the manufacturer was.
They weren't much help, just reading off the web page which now says "Cargo", who are in fact a competitor of amazon, with a High Street presence (Thanks amazon).
Using google, I found out that "Master Class" is a "Kitchen Craft" brand, so I sent them an email, and after a bit of too-and-fro with Zoe Perry, they sent me a replacement and a nice letter.
As they are actually looking after their brand, I now recommend them.

First impressions are that that this is a well made and solid item. It is just the right size for a batch of brownies. The non stick properties was excellent and my daughter had no trouble removing her brownies when cooked. Recomended.

Good looking item with a sturdy feel. However, within 2 uses (under not particularly tough circumstances) the non stick counting started to flake from the base of the tin. We didn't clean in a dishwasher and therefore no excuses for such an early failing of the product. Still fits in our smaller oven in the range cooker which is helpful and other items could have met this minimum criteria.

This pan is 2cm high, not 4 cm as it says in the description. Otherwise good quality, but don't buy this one if you need 4 cm.

This is one of those products that I'm so glad I bought! I've used it for traybakes but also for roasting. It is very good quality and washes up beautifully. As another reviewer has said, you can tell the quality by the weight. It's a very useful size too. All-in-all a first class product.
