Our item arrived quickly and was exactly as described. It has been used very successfully at home, in fact it is never out of use now and my husband has become quite a bread maker - no machine used. I would reccommend this item to anyone.

This was a dissapointing buy as I have found that this brand of product does not have very good non stick properties. The non stick started to come off onto my bread when I removed it even though the tin had been oiled! Choose another brand

I bake bread in mine, am disappointed though as inner coating is starting to come off already and haven't had item long. Also wish manufacturers would make bread tins with deeper sides as a loaf with deeper sides is easier to slice, like the ones in the shops ! I am having to line mine with baking paper now which is a real pain

I was looking for a loaf tin similar to the one I used on my baking course, searched the internet ,found this one and is ideal, the bread does not stick ,and it gives a good sized loaf , and is made too a very high standard that hopefully will last for a very long time.

Didn't buy this from Amazon, so I won't comment on delivery or service.
Having use it for several times now, I have to say this is a great non-stick loaf tin. The tin is quite robust and it seems as the non-sticking coating is quite thick which makes me think this will last longer than the regular ones (much thinner). The bread loaf always comes off "easy as pie" and I don't even have to bang in the bottom to make it looser. It also bakes the bread evenly and there are no random burn "spots".
I was having second thoughts about either I should or shouldn't buy a bread machine, and having found a recipe on the net that claims to be the ultimate "easy, non kneading bread", I decided to give it a go and spend around £8.00 to buy this item. I have to say it was well worth it!
The recipe calls for 3cups flour, 5/8 cup water, 2tsp yeast, 1tsp salt. Mix it all together, leave to rest for 18hours or more (no cheating here, the secret of bread is to rest...), put in the loaf tin, leave for another 2hours to rise a bit more. Cover the tin with foil, bake in a hot oven for 30m, uncover and bake for an extra 15m. Delicious! (You can also mix the flours, I have used 2cups rye and 1 cup wheat and it turned out great!)
I'm not buying the bread maker anymore and love my loaf tin more and more!

Was quite happy when first received - a good sized tin that makes a good loaf. However after just over a weeks use and three loafs the non-stick coating has started to peel off in large chunks from the bottom of the tin.

This product is good for baking bread and cakes, provided the oven temperature is less than 230 degrees C. In my experience, these tins have two drawbacks: their interior rectangular shape makes for difficult cleaning; when I used high temperature rapeseed oil to coat them prior to baking, the loaf stuck to the sides and base and deposits could not be removed - this does not happen with more expensive tins I have. These lasted less than two years.

Have used this lots of times now and never had a problem with it sticking, just perfect bread every time. I use my bread machine to do the hard work then just put the dough in this, let it rise, knock it back, let it rise again then bake it. That way you get a loaf without a great big hole in the base where the bread machine paddle goes!
