Bought for my 2 1/2 year old's first bedside light. SHe loves it. Bulb is so low wattage, it never gets hot but gives off plenty of light for her to "read" her book before sleepy time. She hasn't yet noticed the cord switch. Very clever design: I think it would be safe on its side in her cot, on a bedside table and definitely suspended in its holder on the wall. Colours are nice. Not clonky, very solid. Recommend.

I bought it for my two girls nursery as the theme we have there is pink, yellow and green flowers. It fits well on the little locker between their two toddler beds. The light is not very bright which makes it a proper night lamp and nice decoration. I recommend this product as its solid and very 'girly'.
