Format:Audio CD
This is a favourite cd of mine. It is always a bit risky buying 'therapy' music as you want a good balance for your clients; nothing too 'pan pipes' or 'whaley.' This is a consistently good music tape that is relaxing in style and tempo and has no obvious breaks. I would also recommend it to non therapists, as it is very relaxing to have on when you are reading or when you just want to close your eyes and unwind. Lovely.

Bought this cd to help me relax off to sleep on the advice of my doctor to listen to calming music, could not hope for a better result, the music is beautiful all the way through. Could not recommend it more.
