This is the 3rd book in the House Phoenix series and in my opinion the best which is why I gave it 5 stars. I got the 1st in the series Broken Angel as a free ebook and admit wouldn't have bought it as not my usual read, but enjoyed it so I bought the next 3 and have to say all have been good so far, just started the 4th in the series. Would recommend to anyone and they are not pricey only around 0.70p each and well worth it.
The series is about Gabriel Morgan who is kidnapped and forced into street fighting for one of the criminal gangs, who run's one of 5 houses. He is given the name Angel and becomes one of the best fighters, set's up his own house, 'House Phoenix' in the 2nd book. The many characters throughout are interesting and the 3rd book, which this review is for, centers around Jenner and Diego two particulary bad characters who in the end show some of their better traits.
Even though this is not my usual genre I found the books quite entertaining and will definitely be following the series to the end.... (hopefully many more books to come!)

The third book in the series and just as good as the first two. The story continues to grip you and I couldn`t put it down umtil i read it cover to cover.

A book that involves you from the start to the finish with no let up in the action.
I can not recommend this series enough. Almost finished the 4th book and the ideas Vaughn has are both interesting, conceivable, well written and a roller coaster ride. Amazing writer. Enjoy.
