The book is excellent, lovely photographs and well explained recipes. However, a word of warning if you own one of the older style Kindles.

I downloaded this book via the Kindle app on my Android tablet. The book was also sent to my Kindle 3G keyboard, but it would not download because that particular book was 'not compatible with this device.'

I would have been extremely annoyed if I only had my Kindle 3G and had paid for this book, only to find it wouldn't download. It's not unreasonable to expect all Kindle books to be compatible with all Kindles, not just the newer models. I prefer to read on my Kindle rather than on my tablet, so if Amazon intend to make all their new book releases incompatible with the older Kindles, I shall shop for my ebooks elsewhere.

I love everything that this amazing lady does, so no surprise that i love this book, some very good recipes that are well written and easy to follow. I would say this is a great first cookbook for anyone
