simple, easy, great results. Not a cheffy book, more pragmatic in approach. Everyone who likes fish should own this. Particularly if not into complex techniques. Not 5* only because of some short cuts taken, but absolutely recommend this.

I first purchased this cookbook 2 months ago in Ireland. My companion looked at it when we got back to the states and said that he wished he had bought one too. So I ordered another one through Amazon for his Christmas present. The ingredients are given in metric amounts. Interesting ideas for techniques and fish recipes.
