Martin is an independent marketing communications consultant and writer, with an award-winning track record in advertising, PR, sponsorship and digital media. He has undertaken numerous speaking engagements and workshop programmes in Europe and North America, talking about the impact of social media on organisational culture, which is one of the key themes of his new book, Loose. Despite being a Welshman he is a non executive director of Sport England and the Commonwealth Games Council for England.
