dodgy packaging,

this item was packed so flimsy i could not believe it. one of the sound holes was laying at the bottom of the box and where the side/back join has a bit that is bashed. I will not buy another guitar from here because of the packing.

I bought this guitar with express delivery added....I was hoping it would be packaged adequately.,.this was not the case!When I received it there was no bubble wrap protection, only a flimsy cover, which resulted in a chip to the back of the guitar, and the two sound holes in the front of the guitar had their mesh covers knocked out, which I found inside the bottom of the box! The guitar is a great looking guitar, but does not take kindly to knocks! over all guitar sounds good and is the right size for me, will keep it to save inconvenience of sending back and replacing with new one!

I got it with a slight fault so I E-mailed them, later that day I got a reply. They where very helpful and offer to pay for the return postage and also offer a repair or a replacement if needed. The action on the guitar its self I adored and was very pleased with a sound. Much, much better than my last guitar, a really good buy with a helpful company. They also give a years warrente.
