Having developed something of a cupcake making obsession, I've been searching for a really good cupcake book for ages and this is it. Loads of yummy recipies to chose from with a good mix of fancy, basic and novelty things to try. I can hardly wait till Easter next year to make the coconut covered chicks.
I made the chocolate cookie cheescake cupcakes last night and they turned out really well. Anything that involves a whole Oreo cookie at the bottom is a winner with me!
If you have a look on Martha Stewarts website, you can see lots of the recipies used in the book, which will give you a good idea if its the kind of thing you're going to like. All the recipies in the book use American measurements, but Nigella Lawsons website has a very handy conversion chart that you can use to work out what the UK equivalent is.

Martha Stewarts cupcakes Book, what a fantastic value for money and an excellent buy. This product costs twice this much in florida this summer. Well done to amazon for offering wonderful deals at great value.

This book is a little OTT unless you are taking up making cupcakes professionately.
I don't find it a patch on the Hummingbird Bakery book. I get on fine with measuring in cups but get frustrated at being asked for ingredients unavailable in this country.
It turns out it wasn't really written by Martha Stewart, but by a company associated with her.

A wonderful book with a huge range of cupcakes for every occassion - I would highly recommend this book to anyone who loves baking cupcakes.
