As a Student nurse I find it a fountain of knowledge and have referenced to it in every assignment I've written so far, and I'm sure it'll be referenced in the future ones too!!! Currently on my community placement, while on a visit I attended with my mentor for post op wound check, we read on the discharge notes he'd had a 'blebectomy'. Even my mentor who has been qualified about 15-20 years or more had never heard of the procedure, so we looked it up in 'Royal Marsden's' and discovered it was the removal of a blister from the surface of the lung (a common cause of spontaneous pneumothorax).
