Format:Mass Market Paperback
Ben Bova's series of books about Mars are very interesting. Im unsure how scientifically sound they are but find them enjoyable to read, they whisk me away to another world, quite literally! After Jamie Watermans discovery of the Martian Village we are always left wondering, wanting more information. This book is a fairly enjoyable follow up, definetly not quite on a level with Mars or Return to Mars, but for a fan its a good read!

A sequal to Mars and Return to Mars. A story over the politics, and finances related to travelling living on Mars. I've yet to read it, as it's a Christmas present, but based on the previous books, I'm confident I'm going to enjoy the

Another great Mars adventure from the great Ben Bova, leaving the reader with a desire for yet another installment! Mars is just a five day journey from Earth in the mid 21st century, due to the perfection of nuclear fusion powered "ships". And Earth is suffering the continuing plague of disasters due to global warming.Finding the burial plots and bones of the ancient Martian creatures is a major point in the book. But now there is a need to find underground tunnels and dwellings, which the Martians surely used, on a planet which could never have been very warm at best, and gravely cold during the long winters!If you are reading this Mr. Bova, then please prepare for the next installment! Underground reservoirs, vegetation,small animals - some of which may still exist near thermal hot springs. Who knows what might have thrived 65 million years ago, and who"s descendants may still lurk deep beneath the surface? There are many discoveries still to be made! And who better than Ben Bova to investigate! To anyone who is interested in Mars exploration and has not read Bens trilogy of books on the subject, then I recommend you read them, and I guarantee you will be left with an appetite for more! Well done to Ben Bova!
