Covers all the key concepts behind emarketing and written in clear and concise way that makes them easy to grasp even for the novice. The style of writing means that although not too technical I was left with a good understanding of the history of emarketing, plus the thinking and the thinkers behind it. Also gave me a good idea of other authors to read.
