This book is purely and simply escapism, I rarely read lgbt novels and picked this for the story, I am a big werewolf fan, and it was nice to see something different.
I reccomend this simply as an escape, not aimed at intellectualism just simply an easy enjoyable read.

this story is amazing! quite simply, i had to force myself to put it down so i could pause and savour it!
im so glad i stumbled across this story, i love the concept of werewolves but have been so bored by the saturation of the genre and TBH most fantasy MM romance in general, but was RELIEVED to have found a werewolf story that was unusual, cool, original in its own way, slightly threatening and slightly scary but in a GOOD way.
i loved the characters, they were very real. i usually hate children in books too (hah) but i didnt hate anyone in this story apart from the baddies! and even they had a charm.
the ending was also good, i didnt have that slight disappointment with a nice wrap-up of all the loose ends like most lame fantasies, i was actually on quite on edge.
this is a very sexy, intense read and i loved every minute of it.

the twist being the guy on guy action instead of the usual girl meets guy story. the shifter story doesn't offer anything unusual...good vs bad and werewolf finds mate. the first chapter or so was quite a change..it felt new and breezy...then it folded into the fairly predicable plot. it has a truck load of quite detailed bedroom antics..so be prepared. i liked the fact it was a male/male storyline i just wish the rest had followed on from the strong but gentle flow in the beginning.

When you first start to read this book it is clear that the editing needs some work. The dialogue doesn't seem to work and some of the phrasing is a little off. Read more

Do not confuse this book with the one currently on discount at WH Smith. They are DEFINITELY not the same as this is another outing into the M/M werewolf genre. Read more
