Make sure you have at least £300 to buy dumbells, barbells & barbell pole, incline bench, a ball and Skipping rope.
I think there are really good exercises here, which makes it a good DVD, but not alot of effort went into making it as the average person doesn't have all this equipment in their home.
I had to really improvise, so I used shopping bags full of tins of baked beans and used my daughters TV and dvd player as the barbell lift.
All in all, a good dvd but make sure you've got gym equipment it make it so much easier for you to do.

This DVD does have lots of good exercises and I'm sure if you carried them out for 12 weeks, like he says to, your body would definitely change.
However, make sure you've got lots of gym equipment eg. one of those big balls, some dumbells, a barbell, skipping rope etc...
Also, another thing with the DVD is they expect you to do this once a week whilst throughout the week either swimming, running, jogging, doing yoga or other cardiovascular work.
So although he says you only have to do this once a week they expect you to some sort of cardiovascular stuff along side it.
I think this is DVD is OK, the equipment you'll have to buy will cost alot and the CVascular work you'll have to start doing will also cost you. Thats why i've given it only 2 stars.
