Malian Traore now lives in Paris, but this is one of the most exquisite CD's to ever have come out of Africa. Subtle acoustic guitar, that beautiful delicate voice and fine melodies put him on a par with any living bluesmen.

Boubacar Traore's album "Mariama" is simply a delight, as are all his recordings. How come the poorest people in the world can make the best music? I highly recommend this CD.
