Being able to read the views of journalists written at the time key events in Margaret Thatchers career actually happened gives a different perspective on a great politician. Time and pre-conceived notions often mean, in my opinion, that current views of the Iron Lady, particularly those from the Left, are wrong in many respects.

This book is nothing but a cynical and tasteless cash in by the telegraph group. It's lazy journalism at it's most tactless. We expected better of the Telegraph. Ashamed to be British.
