This is a very compact, comfortable and easy to use gym from the Marcy range. As well as all the usual exercises you would expect on a gym of this quality it also features a power booster lever. This, creates 30 different resistance settings and is unique to this machine. The 23kg weight stack generates 90kg of resistance.
Additional accessories include an arched lat bar, chin extension, ankle strap and straight bar. There are Over 20 Strength Training Exercises including leg curl, leg extension, leg abduction, leg kickback and leg cross over arm curl. Triceps kickback, triceps extension, standing curl and preacher curl. Chest press, lateral pulldown, Ab crunch, butterfly, low row and shoulder shrug.
