This beautiful range with its highly polished exterior is very durable and guaranteed to look and cook great for a very long time. It utilises modern 'Tri-Ply' technology which bonds a thick 'core' of Aluminium between 2 layers of Stainless Steel to enable the pan to distribute the heat from the hob evenly across the pan and up the sides. Because the thickness of the walls are the same as the base, the temperature of the pan remains more constant enabling you to make delicate sauces without high heat.

Ideal for multi-tasking chefs, this practical and hard working range benefits from soft-touch silicone handle inserts for a comfortable and secure grip (even with wet hands), as well as heat toughened glass lids which ensures mouth-watering dishes can be monitored closely.
