Cookware specialist, Beka, has teamed up with 3 Michelin star chef Marco Pierre White to bring you the unique Hard Anodized with Copper Collection (1002), part of the White Heat Collection, which combines Hard Anodised Aluminium and Copper to create a stunning new range of non-stick cookware to enhance cooking performance.

The hard anodised aluminium creates a super hard, scratch resistant surface to ensure that the range lasts a lifetime. And, in order to provide a uniform spread of heat across the base, a copper plate has been bonded onto the exterior, offering many of the heat distribution and retention benefits of copper combined with the toughness of Hard Anodized Aluminium.

A lot of time and thought went into every aspect of the range to create the perfect balance between asthetics and performance and Marco Pierre White commented: A pan must be beautiful, practical and functional. This range certainly fulfils all those criteria.

    After an extensive research re: non-stick VS carbon steel VS cast iron wok. I have decided to buy this wok together with a steak pan - excellent value, a smart looking piece of kitchen equipment. Very smart brushed steel handle. Before buying this please bare in mind that you can only use on low or medium heat as a result it will take a while to heat up. Although I am happy with my stir fry result but i have to stretch my paitience a bit as it cooks slower. When I throw in my vegetables it makes sleepy sizzling sounds rather than noisy ones! It cooks beautiful omlette and fried rice. I am happy with the finish of non stick coating - very easy to clean. If you have a gas stove you must make sure that the flame only touches the copper base rather than the anodized body. I give this one 4 stars for good value for money, appearance, versatility and practicality. I would have given 5 stars if I could blast this beautiful pan with high heat! M Turnbull
