About the Author
Marcia Decoster teaches national and international workshops specialising in designs using right angle weave. She is a featured artist in Masters: Beadweaving and her work has been published in Margie Deebs' The Beader's Color Palette among others. She lives in San Diego, California.

Excellent book that makes you itch to start at the beginning and work your way through to the end! Small problem for UK beaders in that some of the beads are not easily obtainable without importing yourself and some items are extreamly costly to make unless you are prepared to substitute lesser beads for the Swarovski cystals used heavily throughout the book. I've sucessfully done this with a project to learn the technique and it worked well producing a lovely bracelet which although did not look quite the same as Marcias' has been greatly admired and I am very pleased with the result.
I hope Marcia produces another book of this high standard soon as I am nearly finished working all her designs in this one and have only had it less than a month!!!! She leaves many other designers in the shadows both in her designs and even more importantly in many ways by the way she makes even the most complex directions easy to understand. Many thanks to a very gifted lady.

If you are looking for a reference and project book on RAW this is it. Marcia is an expert on the stitch and her designs are elegant and diverse. The instructions are clear and concise. Just beware of the photos as many of the projects come out much smaller that you expect

Pretty but not a big variety
was captures by the beautiful piece on the cover, but many of the projects in the book are just to bombastic and outgoing, so I believe I will only ber taking up a few of them. Read more
